How to Get a Library Card
REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN A CONWAY COUNTY LIBRARY CARD
Resident or property owner of Conway County.
Student or Employment in Conway County.
Photo ID and current utility bill required to verify mailing address.
$6 Fee to replace lost library card.
ONLY YOU can use YOUR card to check out materials and use the computer.
Circulation Information
CIRCULATION PERIODS
Books – 1, 2, and 4 weeks
Books on CD – 4 weeks
DVDs / Blu-ray – 1 week
There will be no renewals on New Items, Book Club, Summer Reading or DVDs / Blu-Rays.
Lost Material Replacement
- Adult & Juvenile Fiction, Juvenile Non-Fiction, YA Fiction – $30
- Adult Non-Fiction, YA Non Fiction- $40
- Easy Fiction and Non-Fiction – $25
- Paperback Books – $10
- DVDs / Blu-Ray, Audio Books- $55 plus $5 processing fee on each item
- Lost Due Date Cards – 25c each
Fines
- 4 Week Books or Audio Books – 20¢ per day; $5 max fine per item
- 1 & 2 Week Books – 75¢ per day; $5 maximum fine per item
- DVD / Blu-ray – $1.50 per day; $10 maximum fine per item
- Audiobooks – 20¢ per day; $5 maximum fine per item
- $35.00 Returned Check Fee
DVD/ Blu-ray, Oversize Books, and Audiobooks left in book drop: $1.50 per item

- FREE COMPUTER ACCESS

(Limit of 1 session per day maximum 1 hour time limit) - INTERLIBRARY LOAN REQUESTS
$5.00 per item. Patron must hold a CCL card for six or more months. There is a $5 charge if not picked up in 5
days after notification. - FAX – $2 for first page, $1 each additional page (Transmitting or receiving)
- COPIES – 15¢ per page black and white ; 75¢ per page color.
